Delta
City Property
The Delta City Property is made up of several
tracts totaling over 600 acres. The property is located
just east of Delta City, Ms on the Big Sunflower River.
Some spots have already been leased but we still have
a 220 acre, a 90 acre,(2) 65 acre, and a 75 acre. The
220 is the only piece with a pump on it, but the others
have pipes and risers already installed. This year with
the help of DU we will add 7 new pipes and we will be
